What cities do you have IDX set up for already?

Southwest MLS (ABQRealtors) for Albuquerque and SFAR for Santa Fe MLS are already set up. Both of these use Rapattoni to keep the information and allow the IDX listings to be downloaded.

Will you do IDX for other cities and MLSs?

In the past MIS, Inc. has also done IDXs for some MLSs for brokers in other cities and are open to the possibility of adding to the cities we do if there is enough interest by brokers and realtors in those places.

How long does it take to add QuickIDX to my website?

If you are in one of the cities across the country that we have already developed an IDX module for, it would only take a couple of days to have listings available using the look and feel that match the rest of your site.

Can QuickIDX bring in my own listed properties as featured listings?

Yes. Your own listings will have a button called “Featured Listings” that goes to a page that lists just your properties and they will automatically update whenever you change a listing in your admin for your MLS. Also one or more of your own listings can be pulled into your home page with a picture and information so that it is even more prominent.

Do you design custom real estate websites?

Yes. Our artist will design a unique site from what you tell us you want and like. The same design will be used for your IDX search pages.

Can QuickIDX be added to my website even if I am not hosting my site with you?

Yes, That’s one of the benefits of Quick IDX: it can be added to any site, even one hosted on a free server and even one that doesn’t have its own domain name.

I already have a web designer, why do I need QuickIDX?

You hired your web designer because of their design skills. QuickIDX allows your web designer to focus on designing you a beautiful website. By utilizing our ready made system and integrating it in your design, your designer will be able to complete your project quicker and cheaper. QuickIDX provides your website designer with a reliable platform that will automatically keep your listings up-to-date.

Why do I need to pay for QuickIDX, if I can get a framed IDX solution for free?

You cannot customize the IDX portion of the frame. You have no say in how the IDX is displayed,: the order, etc. And the frame won’t be picked up by the search engines. Also QuickIDX has a link a prospect can use to easily request additional information on a property they see. It is an easy form which will tell you the MLS number and their email address so you can send them one of the more complete forms only available to realtors.

Do I still need to manually update the listings on my website?

No, the listings are automatically downloaded and updated every day. You just enter them in the MLS admin as you normally do.

Will I get more sales if I add IDX?

It can only help to have IDX listings like your competitors have. And these days people searching for real estate expect a website to have access to all the homes for sale in the area. Home buyers are unlikely to contact an agent who’s website doesn’t offer what other sites have.
