QuickIDX 2.0 was re-written from the ground up in such a way to allow our clients to each have a custom website, but still be able to use our shared system and receive all the benefits without needing any custom programming.

Search Form

We can make you a search form that suits your target audience: some realtors want a simple form so that people can just search by the main fields. Other realtors want to offer a wide array of options so that the searcher can go to just those houses that meet all their criteria or all the criteria they want to put in.

When the searcher has chosen the price range, area, bedrooms, etc. that they want, the submit button takes them to the list of properties that meet those criteria along with some basic information on each property. Then when a picture or other information strikes a person’s eye, they can click to pull up a full page on that property.

Property Details

This is the full page on a property: all the details you want to list from the IDX including a full description written by the realtor and and details like whether there is a fireplace and the kind of building material. When someone sees the property they want, your contact information is there along with an offer to send them even more information about the property (and when they ask for that, you get their email address).
